Evaluation of cognitive and educational-motivational indexes affecting on human resource risk management

Introduction: Human resource management in any organization is the main key to achieving goals of organization; because new ideas for prosperity and innovation are achievement products. Aim: The purpose this study was evaluation cognitive educational-motivational indexes affecting human risk management. Method: research method descriptive-survey. statistical population included all employees Tejarat Bank Tehran province 2021. 310 people were selected as a sample using cluster sampling method. demographic characteristics questionnaires distributed collected after completion. Pearson's correlation coefficient structural equation model used analyze data. Data analysis done SmartPLS software version 4 Spss 20. Results: results showed that index with 7 components educationalmotivational 6 have significant relationship (0.77 0.84) resources Also, current job satisfaction, organizational commitment, reduction burnout, productivity has direct effect on (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based present research, burnout an important management, so that, who more freedom action participation decision-making can increase awareness, motivation employee's.
